Synopsis

Night at the Museum 2 brengt het team van de eerste film samen en verwelkomt verschillende nieuwe historische personnages. De belangrijkste gebeurtenis in de film zal het tot leven wekken zijn van de Smithsonian Insitution, waar ’s werelds grootste museumcomplex wordt gehuisvest, met meer dan 136 miljoen voorwerpen in zijn collectie, gaande van het vliegtuig waarmee Amelia Earhart haar solovlucht maakte over de Atlantische Oceaan en Al Capones gerechtsdossier en politiefoto tot de robijnrode slippers van Dorothy uit De Tovenaar van Oz en Archie Bunkers leunstoel.
